Full Job Description HOURS :
Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with dental staff to optimize patient flow. Verify patient insurance information and perform insurance verification as needed. Maintain accurate dental records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle patient inquiries regarding care plans and scheduling with clarity and patience. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Experience Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication. Experience with dental terminology and software such as Eaglesoft is preferred but not required Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are necessary for effective patient interaction. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
