Patient Care Coordinator - Part Time

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
• Greet patients and visitors with delight in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify patient insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
• Assist with patient inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive patient experience
• Handle incoming calls, collect copays, direct inquiries, and relay messages promptly
• Utilize electronic health record systems to support the practice's success Skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem solving skills and solution oriented attitude
• Proficient in administrative tasks using Microsoft Office 365
• Experience working with children and families is preferred
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous
• Familiarity with Therabill (EHR) is a plus
