Job Description

We are a growing plastic surgery practice dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction through every visit. We are seeking a professional and personable Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This is a front desk role in a high-end medical environment where professionalism, communication, and organization are key. Candidates with experience in hospitality, high-end retail, dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, concierge services, or medical front office roles are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, and enjoys working in a patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment requests Collect payments and assist with basic financial transactions Verify and update patient information accurately Coordinate patient flow throughout the day Communicate with providers, clinical staff, and patients Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience at all times Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, front desk, medical office, dental, aesthetics, or luxury service experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone and in-person) Professional demeanor and appearance Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable using scheduling systems and computers Reliable and team-oriented Medical experience is a plus, not required
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
