Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic SUDP/Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide expert supervision to licensed clinicians and support staff. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health treatment. Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse client populations, including children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and those experiencing mental health crises. Lead and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention techniques. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management protocols, de-escalation strategies, and coordination with emergency services when necessary. Conduct case management activities including patient care coordination, research initiatives, data collection, and clinical documentation using CPT coding and ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10). Promote a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement in behavioral health services and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Experience Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, trauma-informed care (including PTSD). Hands-on experience working with individuals across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics or hospital environments. Knowledge of medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding practices, and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Pay:
$35.00 - $38.00 per hour
