What You'll Do:
Create Exceptional Patient Experiences Welcome patients warmly and create an environment where they feel valued, respected, and supported. Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families, answering questions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and patient communications to ensure a seamless experience throughout their hearing healthcare journey. Advocate for patients by anticipating needs, removing barriers, and helping them feel confident in their care. Support Practice Operations Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and scheduling systems with exceptional attention to detail. Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, payment processing, and other administrative tasks. Help ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming. Contribute to sustainable and efficient workflows that support both patients and team members. Collaborate with the Team Partner closely with audiologists and fellow team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care. Communicate proactively and respectfully, sharing information that helps the team provide the highest quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, customer service, or patient-facing role preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, or electronic medical records is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
