The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our chiropractic clinic, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical terminology, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate documentation of medical records. Greet patients, schedule appointments, answering multi-line phones, collecting payments. Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with understanding their benefits. Support the chiropractic team by preparing treatment rooms and assisting during patient treatments as needed. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. Handle patient records requests. Assist other team members when needed. Document and prepare insurance deposits. Assist with daily billing forms. Requirements Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred; chiropractic experience is a plus. Proficiency in medical terminology is helpful. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent typing skills; 10-key typing experience is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation review and filing processes. Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and customer service skills when interacting with patients. Experience with insurance verification processes is advantageous. Medical billing experience is a plus.
Base Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
