PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Monday-Friday. Candidates must be available to work the practice schedule hours.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Patient Interaction & Scheduling Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable Scheduling and confirming appointments Managing appointment reminders and follow-ups Administrative Duties Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries Handling patient check-in and check-out procedures Processing payments, insurance verification, and billing Office Organization & Efficiency Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information Ensuring a smooth workflow between the front desk and clinical team Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable Providing Outstanding Customer Service Addressing patient concerns and questions with warmth and professionalism Assisting with treatment plan presentations and financial discussions Coordinating with dental providers to optimize patient care
