Dental Patient Checkout/ Accounts Coordinator 746 F Street SW, Quincy, WA 98848 $20

  • Full-time Kwon Family Dentistry is looking for a patient accounts coordinator.
If you want to be part of a warm, caring, and fun work family that loves helping people through dentistry, please apply! This position requires strong math and customer service skills. We are willing to train, but encourage those that have dental, reception, insurance or finance experience to apply. This position works closely with the scheduling and patient care coordinators and needs to work well with others. This position often needs to stay past 5 PM to close out the day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • End of day reconciliations
  • Over the counter collections
  • Patient account review and management
  • Treatment charge-out
  • Insurance benefits review
  • General reception duties
  • Treatment estimate calculation
Requirements:
  • Strong math skills
  • Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting
  • Familiarity with dental office systems such as Dentrix or DSN Dental Exec is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
