We make great efforts to provide a comfortable atmosphere for our patients and feel it is important that they see a positive, friendly face when they first walk in the door.
Dental Patient Coordinator Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and personable Dental Patient Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and manage administrative tasks in our dental office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients, managing registration and records. Schedule appointments, coordinate with staff, and send reminders. Verify insurance coverage, explain costs, and process claims. Coordinate treatments, educate patients, and address concerns. Communicate effectively with patients, handle inquiries, and resolve issues. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous dental receptionist or patient coordinator experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset. - Knowledge of insurance plans, billing procedures, and dental terminology is a plus, but not a requirement! (We are willing to train someone with the right mindset!) Join our team and contribute to creating a positive patient experience in our dental practice!
