Role:
Join Advantage PT as a Patient Care Coordinator in Sammamish, where you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers. Ensure accurate patient records and documentation are maintained. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed. Stay updated on industry best practices to improve patient care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related degree preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care. Knowledge of insurance processes is advantageous.
