Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of or ability to learn medical terminology. Basic computer skills, word processing and data entry. Demonstrate ability to communicate orally, via phone and writing with patients, families, staff and medical professionals. Organization and prioritizing patient care activities and needs. Read, write, speak and understand English in order to perform duties. Working knowledge of personal computers, word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet applications and Intranet.
