Job Description
Overview Telegra MD is a telehealth-focused healthcare company delivering patient-centered care through a combination of clinical services and technology-enabled solutions. We partner with healthcare organizations to streamline operations, improve access to care, and build scalable systems that support modern clinical delivery. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager with strong clinic management experience to help lead and optimize our clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of running a clinic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to bring structure, efficiency, and leadership to a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across onsite and remote teams Lead, coach, and support clinical and administrative staff to ensure high performance and accountability Manage scheduling workflows, patient flow, and provider utilization Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations Monitor key metrics (throughput, wait times, quality, patient satisfaction) and drive performance improvements Partner with clinical leadership, operations, and technology teams to improve workflows and systems Support the implementation and optimization of EHRs and other operational tools Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a clinic manager, practice manager, or similar role Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient flow, and provider operations Experience managing healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency Comfortable working with healthcare systems (EHRs, scheduling platforms, etc.) Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who understands clinic operations and isn't afraid to step in where needed Someone who can bring structure and consistency to a growing environment A strong communicator who can work across clinical and operational teams A problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results An individual who is adaptable and comfortable with change Why Join Telegra MD Opportunity to make a direct impact at a high-growth healthcare and technology company A collaborative, mission-driven team environment Meaningful work that improves access to care Growth opportunities as the organization continues to scale If you're a clinic leader looking to expand your impact beyond a traditional setting and help build the future of healthcare operations , we encourage you to apply.
