This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and achieving exceptional outcomes, including zero-deficiency survey performance. This Pacific Northwest leadership role is Washington-based and will support future expansion into Oregon as operations develop. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of resident care, regulatory compliance, and wellness programming across our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop Wellness Directors and nursing teams across all communities Ensure compliance with Washington State regulations and company standards; support Oregon regulatory readiness as expansion occurs Oversee electronic health records, audits, and quality assurance initiatives Drive excellence in resident care, infection control, and service delivery Partner with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to support census and care needs Build relationships with medical professionals and community partners Champion GenCare's Whole Life Living philosophy, including wellness, dining, and life enrichment programsWhat You Bring:
Active Washington State RN license (required); ability to obtain Oregon RN licensure as expansion occurs 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare Strong background working with vulnerable adults Proven ability to lead teams, drive compliance, and improve quality outcomes Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsWhy GenCare:
