We're partnering with one of Seattle's most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations to find an Event Manager who thrives at the intersection of events, food & beverage, entertainment, and guest experience. What You'll Own Lead planning and execution for corporate events, private celebrations, community activations, and experiential programming Serve as the primary client partner from initial inquiry through flawless event delivery and post-event follow-up Collaborate across culinary, operations, marketing, and venue teams to create seamless guest experiences Manage timelines, logistics, staffing plans, floor layouts, and operational details Build strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and local community organizations Elevate service standards and deliver memorable hospitality at every touchpoint Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and repeat business development Analyze event performance and continuously improve execution and efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years of Event Management experience within hospitality, entertainment, venues, restaurants, hotels, or experiential concepts Proven success executing high-volume and multi-layered events Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Strong client-facing presence with polished communication and relationship-building skills Experience partnering closely with culinary and operations teams Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and creating memorable moments Experience with event software, scheduling systems, and planning platforms is a plus Compensation & Perks $95,000-$100,000 Base Salary 10% Performance Bonus Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) Program Generous PTO & Work-Life Balance Focus Growth opportunity with an innovative hospitality organization Collaborative culture with strong leadership support Seattle's event scene continues to evolve—and this is an opportunity to be part of a venue creating experiences people talk about long after the event ends.
