National Provider Identifier (NPI#) Required Skills Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, in an acute hospital setting. Experience in directly managing pharmacy staff Working in a multi-disciplinary work environment including hospital and physician staff Experience with developing, implementing and updating clinical workflows Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency Experience in working in a Union environment Experience in working with Critical Care/ICU, Med-Surg, Infusion and Emergency Room/Urgent Care Experience with hospital expansion efforts
Years of Experience:
5yrs of experience as a Pharmacist 2yrs of managing operational/project budgets 3yrs in a leadership role with direct reports (having a solid line of reporting and having the ability to hire/fire)
Industry Experience:
inpatient pharmacy, specifically in an acute hospital setting
Education Requirements:
Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent What else would you like us to know that we haven't asked? An ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a 24/7/365 hospital setting, which includes managing various levels of direct reports (Pharmacists, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.). Candidates should have experience with developing, implementing and maintaining clinical workflows in collaboration with hospital and physician leadership. Is there additional variable compensation?
