Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to serve as the Senior Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy Operations in Seattle, Washington. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems and play a key role in the continued growth and expansion of inpatient pharmacy services. The Senior Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of inpatient pharmacy services across the Capitol Hill campus, which currently supports four buildings and is poised for continued expansion. This leader will collaborate closely with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and pharmacy staff to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care throughout the healthcare continuum. Monday - Friday, Day Shifts Comprehensive Benefits Package Relocation Assistance May Be Available Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient pharmacy services Oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations across the Capitol Hill campus Manage departmental staffing, workforce planning, and performance initiatives Perform personnel management and human resources functions, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development Lead pharmacy compliance efforts and ensure adherence to all state, federal, accreditation, and organizational regulations Develop and manage operational and project budgets Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement process improvements Represent pharmacy services in leadership meetings, committees, and organizational initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to optimize patient care and service delivery Support growth initiatives and future expansion of inpatient pharmacy services Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care Required Qualifications PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Active Washington Pharmacist License or ability to obtain prior to start date Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist Minimum of 2 years of experience managing operational and/or project budgets Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports Demonstrated experience with hiring, performance management, employee development, and disciplinary processes Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications Hospital or health-system pharmacy leadership experience Experience managing large pharmacy teams across multiple service areas Experience supporting organizational growth and operational expansion initiatives Strong background in quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader seeking a high-impact leadership role with a nationally recognized healthcare organization while helping shape the future of inpatient pharmacy services in the Seattle market. or reach out for further inquiry: 281-848-7419 Compensation for this position ranges from $58.00 to $76.00.
