Job Description

We are a growing plastic surgery practice dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience and outstanding surgical outcomes. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Surgical Coordinator & Patient Consultant to guide patients through every step of their surgical journey. This position combines patient education, treatment coordination, scheduling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate enjoys building trust with patients, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through surgery and recovery. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for surgical patients Coordinate consultations, surgery scheduling, and post-operative appointments Review treatment plans, pricing, and available financing options with patients Follow up with consultation leads and maintain communication throughout the decision-making process Assist patients with pre-operative and post-operative scheduling and instructions Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff Maintain accurate patient documentation and scheduling records Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service throughout the patient journey Support practice growth through strong patient communication and follow-through Qualifications 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, treatment coordination, sales, hospitality, luxury customer service, or medical office administration preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and treatment options Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dentistry, orthodontics, hospitality, or luxury service environments is preferred but not required
Pay:
From $32.00 per hour
