This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with mission-driven work in a highly specialized pediatric setting that makes a direct and lasting impact on children and families across the region. This leadership role oversees facility operations, interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and strategic relationship development with hospital partners, referral sources, and managed care organizations. The Administrator will work closely with executive and clinical leadership to support high-quality patient care, strengthen community and payer partnerships, and help guide the continued growth and long-term success of Bridges to Home. Current Washington State Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required, or eligibility to obtain Washington licensure Bachelor's or graduate degree in healthcare administration, long-term care administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred Leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, healthcare operations, transitional care, or related healthcare settings Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, budgeting, and operational management Experience building relationships with hospitals, providers, referral sources, or managed care organizations preferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet background check requirements Current BLS CPR certification and ability to meet health screening and vaccination requirements Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of Washington State's first pediatric skilled nursing facility Support high-quality, family-centered care for medically fragile and medically complex children Oversee regulatory compliance, facility readiness, and operational performance Partner with clinical leadership to support interdisciplinary collaboration and patient care excellence Supervise designated facility staff and support team development and accountability Manage budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning Build and strengthen relationships with hospital systems, referral partners, providers, and managed care organizations Support referral growth, payer partnerships, and strategic business development efforts Represent Bridges to Home within the healthcare community through meetings, presentations, and partnership development Collaborate with executive leadership to support the long-term growth and success of the program Benefits Ashley House NW offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employees both personally and professionally.
