Job Description

We are a six-physician specialty clinic, independently owned and operated seeking an experienced Practice Administrator. This position would be responsible for the overall management and operations of the ophthalmology practice. This role ensures efficient clinical and administrative workflows, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient experience. The Practice Administrator must be able and willing to invest, train and mentor staff so that tasks can be delegated to others, allowing the Administrator to focus on strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements Manage staffing, performance reviews, and training Work with supervisors to ensure smooth running of daily operations Create a culture that encourages growth and ownership Work with physicians to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Analyze financials, KPI, budgets, and reimbursement trends (grow into this role) Oversee ophthalmology billing, coding, and revenue cycle management Support physicians with operational planning and practice growth
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
