We serve active adults — golfers, runners, and people dealing with movement-related injuries — who want answers, not just temporary relief. Our clinical model is built around finding the cause of a problem, not just treating the complaint. Everyone on our team, clinical and administrative, supports that mission. The Role The Patient Care Coordinator is the first and last contact most of our patients have with the clinic. This isn't a passive receptionist position. You'll be the person who makes a new patient feel confident they've come to the right place — before they've even been seen.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and converting new patient inquiries to booked appointments Managing the clinic schedule accurately — insurance verified before appointments, no unresolved gaps Communicating cost estimates and handling billing questions directly with patients Maintaining a call log with outcome tracking Contributing to the clinic's social media presence (one post per week) Representing the clinic warmly and accurately at every patient touchpoint — phone, front desk, and checkout Who We're Looking For You don't need to have worked in a chiropractic clinic before. You do need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares whether a patient leaves feeling taken care of. You'll fit here if: You figure things out rather than waiting to be told You can take a call from a frustrated or confused patient and leave them feeling like they're in good hands You're organized enough to manage a busy schedule without things slipping You have some genuine interest in health, fitness, or active lifestyle — our patients care deeply about what they do Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior customer service experience required; healthcare experience a plus 33+ hours/week availability including some Saturdays Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $19-22/hour depending on experience Sick time accrual from day one Health insurance eligibility at 30+ hours/week Employee 401K Training and development in a clinic environment that takes quality seriously Learn more at spokanemovement.com
