Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Rehab Therapy Manager

• Physical Therapy for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in Republic, WA .

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy Department Supervise, train, and mentor therapy staff, rehab aides, and contract personnel Provide direct patient care and develop individualized therapy treatment plans Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, hydrotherapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, balance training, and therapeutic exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, leadership, and patient families regarding patient care Oversee scheduling, departmental reporting, budgeting, and supply/equipment management Supervise physical therapy students and support staff development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings Ensure compliance with departmental policies, documentation standards, and patient care protocols

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy Current Washington State Physical Therapy license required (or eligible upon acceptance) Current BLS Certification required Minimum 5 years of Physical Therapy experience required Minimum 3 years of Rehab Therapy management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
