Clinic Manager II MultiCare Health System paid time off United States, Washington, Tacoma 603 South J Street (Show on map) Jun 09, 2026 About MultiCare Cancer Institute MultiCare Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multi-specialty group within MultiCare Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. Each year, we diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases across Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. We bring together advanced pathology, imaging and evidence-based treatment with holistic supportive services to provide personalized, high-quality cancer care. As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest's most comprehensive and high-value oncology network-projected to double in volume over the next five years.

Clinic hours Position Summary The Clinic Manager II drives excellence in patient experience, employee and provider engagement, fiscal responsibility, consistent with MultiCare's core values. The role may oversee other leaders in addition to staff. This role often involves regular travel to and rounding in assigned clinics. Responsibilities This individual is responsible for all administrative functions of the practice location(s) including operations, marketing, and finance. The Clinic Manager II partners with senior leaders on key areas such as physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations and strategic planning and development. The distinction between Clinic Manager I and II is based on the scope and span of control, with the Clinic Manager II overseeing broader or more complex operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function 3 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications Why MultiCare Cancer Institute? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $88,691.20
  • $127,649.
60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
