Monday - Friday Position Summary The Clinical Orthopedics Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and integration of human and material resources necessary to care for a population of patients receiving designated orthopaedic surgical procedures and participate in planning and decision making that impacts these programs. Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington Bachelor of Science degree required, advanced degree or certification in related field preferred Specialized education and training in general orthopaedic surgical procedures including spine, joint replacement and fracture repair (i.e., coursework or clinical training) Three to five years experience; preferably in orthopedic acute care hospital setting CPR Project management experience preferred Budgetary and managerial experience preferred Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
