We are a high-energy pediatric dental practice looking for an exceptional Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to support our patients, families, and team across our Yakima and Ellensburg locations. This is NOT your typical front office position. We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, highly organized, adaptable and dependable, proactive and solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about outstanding customer service and patient care. Due to current growth and training demands within our practice, we are specifically seeking an experienced dental professional who can confidently step into the role and contribute immediately. About the Role The Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our patients and families while helping support daily operations and schedule flow throughout the practice. This role includes a variety of responsibilities and requires someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Helping maintain an efficient and productive schedule Coordinating patient communication via phone, text, and email Supporting general anesthesia mornings and patient flow Assisting with scheduling and operational support between both locations Helping families feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Supporting administrative and front office needs as needed Working collaboratively with both clinical and administrative team members
What We're Looking For Required:
MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish MUST have prior dental office experience (applications without dental experience will not be considered) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Yakima and Ellensburg Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
