Job Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Patient Coordinator who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care. The Patient Coordinator's primary focus is to greet and welcome each patient when they come into our clinic. You will help them with paperwork, scheduling and answer any questions that patients or parents may have. Greet all patients upon arrival and confirm patient information. Schedule patients in accordance with office policies, protocols and time blocks. Confirm contact information including address, telephone number and email. Communicate any necessary information with the clinical staff. Collect/post payments from patients on date of service or when received in the mail/over the phone. Communicate with other dental offices and specialists regarding referrals, existing radiographs, claim history and any conditions of mutual patients. Scan letters, referrals, and records from other offices into patient's account and document appropriately. Prepare all new patient and recall paperwork for the next day. Gather and verify insurance benefits. Answer incoming phone calls. Interact with patients and ask for reviews. Take pictures with staff and patients for social media. Participate in community events.
Position Details:
Pay Range $18 -$20, based on experience Complete Benefit Package Full-Time, averaging 36 hours/week Monday - Friday NO evenings, NO weekends, NO holidaysMulti Location Practice:
