About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Program Manager to oversee, grow, and strengthen the Tri-County Mobile Dental Program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving access to care for children and underserved communities and who thrives on building partnerships and driving program growth. Tri-County Dental Overview For over 20 years, Tri-County Dental has provided compassionate, high-quality care to children, teens, adults, and veterans across the Fox Valley region of Wisconsin. Through our mobile dental unit, we deliver preventive and restorative services directly to schools, community organizations, and partner sites, serving thousands of patients each year. Annual Salary:
$70,000 Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (e.g., Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business) desirable 5+ years of experience in program management, healthcare outreach, or community partnership development Experience working with schools, community organizations, or healthcare systems strongly preferred A valid Wisconsin driver's license Data capture, reporting, and analysis to drive process improvements Knowledge of dental or healthcare service delivery models is a plus Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental practice management software is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Supervisory experience Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward Preferred Skills & Attributes Passion for serving pediatric and underserved populations Strategic thinker with a growth mindset Comfortable managing multiple partnerships and logistics simultaneously Experience in rural health or mobile healthcare programs is a plus Key Responsibilities Oversee Mobile Clinic program support team Drive patient enrollment and maximize year-round utilization of the mobile clinic Manage scheduling and logistics to ensure the mobile unit operates at full capacity Track program performance, including utilization, partnerships, and patient outcomes Build, manage, and expand partnerships with schools, community organizations (e.g., youth programs), pediatric clinics, and rural healthcare providers Expand outreach to summer community sites and develop year-round programming Identify and establish partnerships with rural and critical access hospitals Collaborate with clinical staff (dentists, hygienists, EFDAs, assistants) to align operations with care delivery needs Develop outreach strategies to increase awareness and participation Coordinate mobile clinic maintenance, driver scheduling, and operational readiness Support organizational goals related to patient growth, outreach expansion, and access to care Serve as a primary liaison between Tri-County Dental and community-based partnersJob Relationships Internal :

School administrators and staff, community organizations, healthcare partners, vendors, contractors, and families/patients Work Environment Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with a combination of administrative, program coordination, and community outreach responsibilities Position includes frequent computer use and extended periods working at a workstation Regular travel to schools, community sites, partner locations, and other outreach settings throughout the service area Occasional work performed at the mobile clinic dental bus site location to support program operations, coordination, and outreach activities Requires the ability to adapt to varying work environments, including office, school, community, and mobile clinic settings Frequent interaction with staff, volunteers, school personnel, community partners, patients, and families Must adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality standards, safety procedures, and infection control practices when present in clinical or mobile clinic environments Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout office, school, community, and mobile clinic environments Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move materials and supplies up to 35 pounds Frequent use of computers, phones, and other office equipment requiring repetitive hand and wrist motions Reliable personal vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the service area, including navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces within the mobile clinic when needed Accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilitiesPay:
