Bellin College is seeking a proactive and highly organized Healthcare Academy Coordinator to support the recruitment, enrollment, and day-to-day operations of its Healthcare Academy program. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective students, families, high school counselors, and community partners, while managing the student pipeline, coordinating onboarding and program activities, and supporting student engagement and success throughout the program experience. Working closely with the Director of Outreach and Engagement, the Coordinator plays a vital role in building school partnerships, executing recruitment initiatives, organizing logistics, and tracking program outcomes, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the Healthcare Academy. QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Licensures :
Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, communication, healthcare, or related field. Experience :
Experience in recruitment, admissions, or program coordination preferred. Knowledge :
Knowledge of recruitment processes, education systems, and database tools. ABILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
