Full Job Description Overview :

The Medical Billing Team Lead will be in charge of training and overseeing team members, with main responsibilities including oversight of key offices, as well as researching and working with payers to resolve issues and secure prompt payment of claims. The position is responsible for all charge entry, claim rejections, payment posting, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management for assigned accounts. Must have understanding of CPT Codes, ICD10 codes, and medical software systems ensuring claims will process correctly. The Medical Billing Team Lead will receive full training, with the expectation that they will soon acquire the ability to work independently and accomplish goals on a timeline.
