Job Description
Position Overview Hudson Imaging Partners is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the highest level of patient care, both clinically and in service delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who fosters a positive, service-oriented culture while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversee workflow and daily operations of approximately 25 imaging center staff, including team leads in Scheduling, CT/MRI, Mammography, and Ultrasound Ensure appropriate X-ray staffing coverage at the New Richmond, WI satellite clinic Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to optimize performance and patient throughput Develop and maintain monthly staff schedules and on-call coverage Monitor attendance, complete payroll, and oversee staff training and development Ensure compliance with all federal, state, OSHA, ACR, MQSA, and Wisconsin DOH regulations Maintain accreditation standards and ensure readiness for inspections Oversee purchasing of supplies and manage operational budgets to meet or exceed targets Monitor and maintain equipment; recommend service contracts, upgrades, or replacements as needed Identify and implement growth opportunities and efficiency improvements Coordinate scheduling and operations with affiliated imaging sites Serve as a liaison between staff, radiologists, referring providers, and patients Maintain and update policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs Lead quality improvement initiatives and support special projects Human Resources Management Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education Promote staff engagement, satisfaction, and retention Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition Conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews Address performance concerns through appropriate corrective action processes Participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed Maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with staff Communication Lead regular staff meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication Effectively communicate across teams and departments Demonstrate strong listening skills and ensure information is shared accurately and timely Leadership & Professional Development Develop leadership plans for direct reports Support talent development and succession planning Continue to grow personal leadership skills and capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Radiologic Technologist certification required Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in a high-tech imaging environment preferred Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability Proven ability to build and sustain a team-oriented, service-driven culture Performance Expectations Exceed patient and referring provider satisfaction standards Meet or exceed imaging center financial and operational goals Maintain all required licensure and accreditation standards Successfully pass all regulatory inspections and requirements Benefits We Offer Health and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Company-Paid Basic Life Insurance Company-Paid Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match (up to 4%) Profit-Sharing (after one year of service) Employee Discount Employment in this position will be conditioned on satisfactory results of a criminal background check as determined by Minneapolis Radiology.
