Job Description

RN Required....
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement wellness programs for residents in an assisted living facility
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to residents
  • Conduct assessments and create care plans for individual residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents
  • Provide case management and coordinate services for residents with complex medical needs
  • Supervise and train staff members in wellness-related activities and protocols
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, social work, healthcare administration)
  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
  • Strong background in case management and patient monitoring
  • Familiarity with critical care systems and acute care protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in medical record keeping and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
