Alternate Clinical Director - Allegiant Hospice (Milwaukee, WI) Help Build Something Meaningful — Lead. Serve. Grow. Requirements:

What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure exceptional, patient-centered hospice care. Serve as a working leader , managing a small patient caseload while building and mentoring your clinical team. Support staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continued growth. Help shape the culture and direction of a young, passionate hospice organization. What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Wisconsin license. Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred — leadership experience a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Strong communicator with a heart for mentorship, teamwork, and patient advocacy. Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.
