Job Description
PEAK Genetics is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join its Sire Health team and contribute to the success of our production operations. The Sire Health Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting sire health operations by ensuring accurate coordination of health testing, documentation, and logistics across production facilities. This position blends exposure to livestock with detailed administrative and recordkeeping responsibilities, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with veterinary and production teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate logistics, supplies, and documentation for routine sire health testing activities Prepare, track, and maintain health testing records and results in production systems Assist with documentation and planning for the movement of bulls between facilities Maintain accurate semen and sire health records in electronic databases Collaborate with veterinary, barn, and production staff to ensure timely and accurate information flow Prepare health testing materials and ensure compliance with established protocols Assist with inventory tracking and organization of health testing supplies Support safety, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance initiativesQUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment Comfortable working with and around large livestock Veterinary technician degree or related experience preferred Experience with cattle health testing (beef or dairy) a plus Interest in continued learning and professional developmentSimilar jobs in Watertown, WI
