Our private, single doctor dental office is currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator. In our office, the Treatment Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling patients, insurance authorizations, discussing and collecting payments. The ideal candidate is willing to learn new things and has experience and comfort in presenting treatment and fees. Knowledge in Dentrix software is also a plus. In return for your exceptional patient skills and attitude, we offer a rewarding compensation package with benefits. This is a full-time position, about 30-35 hours a week. Daily Tasks include but are not limited to: Monitors all accounts payable and receivable. Sends and monitors status of claims and takes appropriate measures for claims to process in a timely manner.
