National Healthcare Anticipated Salary Range:

In this role, you are the steady, owner-facing partner responsible for guiding complex healthcare projects from planning through completion. You will bring clarity to financials, contracts, and risk, while creating alignment between owners, trade partners, and field leadership. Your success will come from listening first, aligning early, and setting teams up to succeed long before issues surface. You will work in close partnership with Senior Superintendents, Project Executives, and owners to create executable plans that respect how projects are actually built—balancing financial discipline with real-world field conditions. This role is designed for a trusted healthcare leader who knows that the best projects feel calm, organized, and collaborative, even when the work is complex. The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000•$190,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success. ____________________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring 10+ years of construction project management experience, including senior responsibility on complex projects Healthcare construction experience, including hospitals, inpatient facilities, or large medical campuses Demonstrated ownership of project financials, including monthly forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis Strong understanding of construction contracts and how delivery models impact risk and reporting Proven ability to manage procurement strategies and long-lead items to support uninterrupted field execution Strong owner-facing communication skills and professional presence Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams Nice to Have Experience managing projects exceeding $100M Experience supporting or managing self-perform work Experience in union and non-union environments Unsolicited Correspondence The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
