The Clinic Coordinator oversees daily clinic operations by supervising staff, supporting efficient workflows, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service delivery. This role combines leadership, operational management, and clinical support to maintain smooth and effective practice functioning. How you'll contribute A Clinic Coordinator who excels in this role will: Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and seamless coordination across clinical and administrative functions supporting patient care delivery. Assign, supervise, and support staff to promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent performance across the clinic. Develop, implement, and maintain departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and patient care objectives. Monitor and evaluate clinic operations, including service quality, patient experience, and issue resolution, to ensure operational and performance goals are met. Manage staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development. Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets while ensuring efficient use of resources and operational compliance. Foster a collaborative, patient-focused culture that emphasizes staff engagement, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.

What we're looking for Must hold an active clinical license or certification as an LPN, Medical Assistant, Radiology Tech, or Imaging Tech and be able to function in that licensed capacity as part of the Clinic Coordinator role.Education requirements vary by discipline:
Medical Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program required.LPN:
Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program required.Radiology Tech:
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.Imaging Tech:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Certification/licensure requirements by role:
Medical Assistant:
Must have and maintain current Medical Assistant certification.LPN:
Must have and maintain a current LPN license.Radiology Tech:
Must have and maintain current ARRT certification.Imaging Tech:
Must have and maintain a limited x-ray operation license or ARRT certification. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Additional Requirements:
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions independently. Ability to remain composed and take appropriate action in a fast-paced, high-stress clinical environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
