Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Administrator to support and lead clinical services within our organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with youth, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care and outcomes. The Clinical Administrator plays a key role in treatment planning, staff supervision, and program development while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty. Duties include, but are not limited to: Interview residents to gather psycho-social history and other relevant information before admission and throughout their stay Actively participate in treatment team meetings to ensure residents receive appropriate and effective services Provide individual therapy to residents and family therapy when indicated Supervise designated members of the Clinical Department, including reviewing and approving time records Support and mentor clinical staff in developing case management skills, including permanency planning Provide training to staff on clinical topics and those required by regulatory or accrediting bodies Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude toward the agency and its mission Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) process by: Assisting in meeting quality improvement, evaluation, and reporting requirements Contributing to the development of outcomes, indicators, and targets Participating in data collection, analysis, and interpretation Using data to improve clinical practices and service delivery Requirements Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR One to two years of related experience and/or training; OR Equivalent combination Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be a West Virginia Licensed Social Worker (MSW preferred), Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist. Certified in CPR/First Aid. Current and valid driver's license.
Pay:
$44,593.00 - $46,523.00 per year
