  • 30/hr + performance bonuses Our specialty practice is restructuring and consolidating into one senior operations role: the Practice Coordinator.
You'll be the administrative backbone of the office — running operations end to end, owning the front-desk and patient-flow experience, and serving as the doctor's right hand. Financials are outsourced; you focus on running the business of the practice well. This is a career seat, not a reception desk. We're looking for someone who wants to own healthcare operations, build the systems behind them, and grow as the practice grows.
Core responsibilities:
Own day-to-day practice operations and keep the office running without gaps Manage scheduling, phones, and patient flow for a smooth, professional experience Identify operational friction and put better systems in place Coordinate with outsourced and virtual support so everything connects Uphold a fast-paced, high-standards, patient-first culture What makes you a fit: A track record of running operations or a team without close supervision Strong with systems, software, and metrics — you adopt new tools fast Decisive and results-oriented, steady under a heavy patient load Compensation & growth: $24
