- 30/hr + performance bonuses Our specialty practice is restructuring and consolidating into one senior operations role: the Practice Coordinator.
You'll be the administrative backbone of the office — running operations end to end, owning the front-desk and patient-flow experience, and serving as the doctor's right hand. Financials are outsourced; you focus on running the business of the practice well. This is a career seat, not a reception desk. We're looking for someone who wants to own healthcare operations, build the systems behind them, and grow as the practice grows.
Core responsibilities:
