Medical Assistant and EHR Workflow Specialist/Practice Coordinator

Medical Assistant & EHR Workflow Specialist Paramount Interventional Pain in Morgantown is seeking a "boots on the ground" Medical Assistant who is a true Practice Fusion expert . We are a growing independent practice, and we need a teammate with high common sense and a strong work ethic to help manage the clinical day. Specifically, we need a "Super User" who understands the Practice Fusion EHR inside and out—someone who can manage the technical side of the patient encounter so the physician can stay focused on the patient.

Key Responsibilities EHR Workflow Mastery:

Take ownership of Practice Fusion . You will handle patient intake, document vitals, and ensure all relevant patient data and prior records are organized and accessible within the chart. You will assist in prepping the encounter documentation so that the physician can efficiently review, finalize, and sign.

Clinical Support:

Room patients, take vitals, scan documents, and assist with interventional procedures. You are the primary person keeping the physical clinic flow moving.

Administrative Depth:

Maintain physician credentialing and support the billing process by ensuring clinical data and coding are accurately captured during the visit.

Practice Presence:

For the tech-savvy candidate, you will help manage the practice's Google Business profile and professional social media presence (additional compensation/bonuses provided for these skills).

coding and the basics of medical credentialing. Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical experience. Advanced proficiency in Practice Fusion is required.
