The Telemedicine Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation, operation and of coordination of telehealth programs including the implementation of new programs. This coordination can be between the clinical providers, remote clinicians, technical support and end users. Other duties will include interfacing with provider and clinical staff for telehealth platform and competency training. The Telemedicine Coordinator will also work with remote and external clinical staff to support telehealth operations and will be the first level of support for these partnerships. The Telemedicine Coordinator will function as an integral member of the Telehealth Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent AND Four (4) years of healthcare Experience; OR Associate's Degree AND Two (2) years of healthcare Experience; OR Bachelor's Degree.EXPERIENCE
1. One (1) year experience with work relating to Telemedicine.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration.EXPERIENCE
1. Three (3) years of recent experience in the field of telemedicine.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides patient and staff education, support, and care via telemedicine platform as an extension of the physician practice. 2. Serves as a liaison and coordinates information between providers, clinical staff and others. 3. Suggests improvements and assists with implementation of telemedicine as directed. 4. Provides accurate, complete, and appropriate information regarding appointments, procedures, instructions, and ensures understanding. 5. Works with visit scheduling teams to identify process improvements in regards to telemedicine. 6. Coordinates with the technical support team to ensure that problems and system development needs are addressed. 7. Follows HIPAA guidelines and maintain high level of confidentiality at all times when dealing with patient information. 8. Assists in the construction of monthly visit reports and periodic requests for specialized visit data.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
