Clinic Manager

Augusta Levy Behavioral Services is seeking an organized, collaborative, and solutions-focused professional to serve as our ABA Clinic Manager. This position supports the clinic's daily operations while helping to ensure high-quality service delivery, staff support, and operational efficiency. The ABA Clinic Manager works closely with leadership, clinical staff, and administrative departments to support scheduling, staff accountability, clinic flow, family communication, and overall clinic operations. Primary Responsibilities Support day-to-day clinic operations and workflow Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination Monitor attendance, staffing ratios, and clinic census needs Help ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational procedures Support onboarding and training coordination for new staff Assist with communication between departments, families, and leadership Monitor clinic environment for safety, organization, and professionalism Support implementation of operational initiatives and process improvements Assist leadership with maintaining efficient and effective service delivery Help address barriers impacting staffing, scheduling, and clinic operations Qualifications Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, education, ABA, or related field preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Professional, team-oriented mindset Experience with scheduling, staff coordination, or clinic operations preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of ABA service delivery Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism Strong attention to detail and follow-through Schedule Full-time position with expected in-person clinic presence Monday - Friday to support operational needs.

Pay:

$37,440.00 - $42,500.00 per year
