Job Description

We are looking for great talent who can work in a fast-paced environment and who have exceptional skills in phone-based sales, identifying client needs and offering solutions. The Community Liaison is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one. Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community. Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller. Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family's care needs. Shares helpful community resources. Schedules in-home consultations and care delivery start dates. Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries. The desired candidate will possess the following: High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
