• Responsibilities for a Program Manager include but are not limited to:
• + Create, manage, and deliver client-facing servicing communications across offline and online channels (monthly statements, direct mail, email, and digital) + Partner with multiple lines of business to determine communication strategies and ensure alignment with Client Care standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements + Write, edit, and optimize servicing communications while navigating legal, risk, and compliance approval processes + Manage complex communication programs, eliminate redundant messaging, negotiate content changes, and ensure on-time, error-free execution with channel partners •Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:•+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + 2+ years of financial institution experience required + Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or servicing communications roles + Strong experience writing business communications for internal and external audiences + Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Copilot + Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously + Highly detail-oriented self-starter with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues with urgency •
