Why Join Our Team Own and operate a market with direct impact on patient care Highly autonomous role with opportunities to improve systems Clear growth pathways into leadership roles Mission-driven environment where your ideas matter Role Overview Own operations across a defined market including scheduling, logistics, and service delivery In-person position in-office in north Phoenix, Arizona Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare Serve as the central coordination hub across facilities and field teams Identify and implement process improvements proactively Key Responsibilities Manage scheduling and optimize provider calendars Maintain strong relationships with facility partners Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues proactively Track lab cases across specialties Coordinate with field teams to ensure readiness Ensure timely reporting and documentation Continuously improve workflows and systems Who You Are 3-5 years of relevant experience Ability to work in-person in Phoenix Strong customer service and communication skills Independent and proactive problem-solver Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable with Excel, Word, and healthcare systems Healthcare experience preferred
