Customer Certification Program Manager Location:
Carpinteria, CA (Onsite) Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Certification Program Coordinator to support a critical SAP transition initiative. Following SAP go-live, customer specification processes that were previously automated will transition to manual workflows during the stabilization and hypercare phase. This role will be responsible for managing customer specifications, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting SAP-related processes, and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications SAP experience required. 1-4 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, business process management, operations support, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
