The Program Manager for Mobile Services is responsible for the management of staff and the coordination of the activities of Mobile Services within the BACH service area as assigned. This Includes working closely with the care sites and partner agencies to ensure that the delivery of services is provided adequately, with appropriate customer service and in a safe environment. The Program Manager for Mobile Services will assist the Director of Clinical Operations in building relationships with school districts, senior service agencies, homeless agencies, SUD programs and other community organizations to maintain the rapport of outstanding service. Responsibilities include operational and promotional activities including outreach, monthly schedules, site coordination, patient care coordination, referral service coordination. The Program Manager for Mobile Services understands the customer needs and provides guidance to subordinates on how to best meet those needs. Motivates the team, enforces standards and maximizes staff utilization, is able to coordinate the delivery of care in a variety of settings and adapts to changes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing staff and the coordination of mobile services in the BACH service area in a manner that supports the productivity and outreach goals within funding expectations and of the organization Works closely with the sites to coordinate all elements of a successful event. Able to anticipate the needs and works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to anticipate potential hurdles or difficulties. Able to resolve problems effectively providing appropriate solutions Coordinates appropriate workflows acceptable to the program, service site, and BACH administration Coordinates the promotion of each event in a timely manner by confirming dates, establishing the schedule, submitting monthly calendars, developing flyers and coordinating the distribution of flyers or other methods of informing the community of the services to be delivered. Collaborates with the Development Department and the Outreach Manager or staff when indicated to assist with event promotion and/or mobile health service programs application assistance Prepares, distributes and collects consent forms from schools for school health services when indicated. Works closely with school staff to solicit timely response and participation. Ensure appropriate contact is made with participants, parents, guardians, partnership agencies as appropriate in advance of the event to confirm medical history, insurance or other pertinent information when incomplete information is provided Ensure on-site support and coordination of patient flow is established and provided Serve as the BACH contact person for developing emergent situations that may develop at the events or in route to the event. Confirms that the mobile units are stocked with medical and office supplies and works with the DCS to ascertain the mobile units are maintained in service ready condition to service at all times. Works with the DCS to troubleshoot any developing mechanical problems with the mobile units, patient /staff impact. Works with the Compliance to maintain compliance with funders, county, state and federal regulations within the program. Works with the DCS to ensure the team provides outstanding customer service. Manages the coordination of the use, maintenance and storage of the assigned mobile units. Assists in addressing repairs with the DCS, minimizing the down time Ensures timely accurate reporting of productivity and supports the productivity goals of the program Conducts or participates in community meetings as deemed appropriate for the current assignments and Mobile health services program development Assists with the Integration of the mobile health services program with the fixed clinic services and operations including referrals, special programs, outreach and community education, care coordination, billing and other applicable aspects. Participates in organizational performance improvement applicable to the program. Assists in ensuring all records and supporting documentation are maintained within EHR system in accordance with policies established by the organization and meeting all contractual requirements. Work schedule may include evening or weekends, as necessary.Secondary Responsibilities:
Attends workshops, training, and meetings as needed, and as requested. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Presenting information in front of a group.Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Training :
Bachelor's or Master's in Public Health or related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience in a FQHC, non-profit or community-based health care service capacity preferred California RN or LVN preferred Bilingual preferred Prior supervisory or managerial position of a community health center preferred Knowledgeable in the delivery of medical/dental services Knowledgeable in school based health with prior experience in the development of school district relationships or the educational system. Demonstrates compassion and caring for the underserved and low income population.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and projects, and work collaboratively. Able to demonstrate creativity and innovation in a changing environment. Work with staff to ensure consistent customer service.Work Conditions:
Travel to other sites and/or locations required. Work indoor and outside in varying temperatures and work conditions. Prolonged periods of walking, standing or sitting.Physical Demands:
This position requires: Sitting, walking, and standing associated with a normal medical, clinical and administrative office environment, with some bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity for tasks involving standard office equipment and computer keyboard, including repetitive movements, such as typing. Traveling to work sites, including some exposure to outside elements. Exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations, requiring adherence to extensive safety precautions and possibly the use of protective equipment.Supervises:
