Up to 6 Months Position Summary Kure Home Health is seeking a Healthcare Administration Intern to gain hands-on experience within a growing Medicare-certified home health agency. This internship is intended for students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking exposure to healthcare administration, human resources, compliance, and business operations. The internship is designed as a short-term learning opportunity and is expected to last three(3) months or less. Depending on organizational needs and performance, additional employment opportunities may become available. Essential Learning Opportunities Observe and participate in healthcare administration activities Assist with onboarding, personnel file audits, and compliance projects Support recruitment and hiring initiatives Learn healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and HR practices Assist with administrative projects, reporting, and data management Gain exposure to scheduling, intake, quality assurance, and operations Attend meetings and training opportunities with agency leadership Develop professional skills in communication, organization, and healthcare operations Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field Recent graduates who completed their degree within the past 12 months are encouraged to apply Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Requirements Must successfully pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must maintain confidentiality of company and patient information Reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Real-world healthcare administration experience Exposure to healthcare leadership and business operations Mentorship from experienced healthcare professionals Professional networking opportunities Resume-building experience within the healthcare industry Potential consideration for future employment opportunities based on organizational needs and performance
