About JPAC Fun Days Every Saturday, the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (C.A.D.D.) transforms into a vibrant space for learning, creativity, friendship, and self-expression through our year-round JPAC Fun Days program. Participants engage in structured and engaging activities led by skilled professionals in a supportive environment designed to promote social growth, confidence, and independence.Activities may include:
Arts and creative expression Technology-based activities Sports and movement Culinary arts and life skills JPAC Fun Days focus on: Social skill development Teamwork and peer engagement Emotional growth and self-expression Health and wellness Skill enhancement through fun and interactive programming Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic BCBA or Master's Level Supervisor to support our Saturday JPAC Fun Days program. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and adolescents in a community-based, enrichment-focused environment.Applicants may be:
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or A Master's level clinician who has completed BCBA coursework and is working toward certification, even if the BCBA exam has not yet been passed Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and behavioral support during Saturday programming Support Behavior Technicians and program staff throughout activities and transitions Assist with behavior intervention implementation and social skill development Collaborate with families and team members to ensure participant success and engagement Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants Model professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate care Qualifications BCBA certification preferred, but not required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required Completion of BCBA coursework required for non-certified applicants Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for community impact and inclusive programming Must be able to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in-person Why Join Special Needs Network?
