Join the Fun at VSH North County Veterinary Team Experience Coordinator (Part-Time with Potential to Grow into Full-Time) At Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County, we believe veterinary medicine is about more than patient care. Compensation:
$23-$25/hour depending on experience What You'll Be Doing You'll be one of the go-to people helping support employee experience inside our busy 24/7 Emergency & Specialty hospital in San Marcos. A few things you'll help with: Creating warm, welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires Planning team events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and morale boosters Assisting with recruiting support staff including phone screens and hospital tours Helping organize trainings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives Creating fun monthly newsletters and internal communications Supporting day-to-day operations and compliance tasks Being a friendly resource for employees and helping foster a positive culture Basically… you help create the energy people feel when they walk through our doors Who We Are Ethos Veterinary Health and Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County are dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine while creating compassionate experiences for both pets and people.
