The Regulatory Program Manager is responsible for coordinating continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance across hospitals, emergency centers, community clinics, and corporate settings. The role acts as a primary expert and consultant, developing structures and processes to drive optimal compliance and competence. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical degree.
Experience:
Requires three years in a healthcare setting and one year in project management, performance improvement, or change facilitation. Preferred experience includes regulatory/accreditation readiness and survey preparation.
Certifications:
Certified Professional in Health Care Quality is preferred.
