We are seeking a Program Manager & Analyst to support an AI monitoring and insights workstream. This role will manage end-to-end program operations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and develop executive-level reports and summaries. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, analytical, and communication skills, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly program delivery cycles, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with business teams, subject matter experts, and data-focused partners to gather inputs and ensure timely deliverables. Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations that translate complex findings into clear business insights. Facilitate meetings, document key takeaways, and track action items. Partner with analytics teams to understand data outputs and support business storytelling. Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency. Maintain program documentation, knowledge repositories, and process workflows. Monitor AI industry trends and provide relevant insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines. Familiarity with AI/GenAI trends and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, consulting, technology strategy, or research environments. Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python. Experience working with data science or analytics teams.
